Digital night vision — a sensor and a screen, not a tube. Fine for watching and recording from a fixed spot. The lag, and the IR illuminator it needs in real dark, make it a poor tool for moving or shooting under. KitID’s call: if you are buying night vision to actually move or shoot under it, wait and save for a budget analog unit. Digital is for watching, not for working.
