History
Australia's Disruptive Pattern Camouflage Uniform grew out of late-1970s trials and was issued from the mid-1980s; the blotch shapes earned it the nickname of hearts-and-bunnies. AMCU replaced it across the ADF through the late 2010s and early 2020s.
