The DDR introduced Flaechentarn in the mid-1950s, a four-color blob print used on uniforms and shelter-quarters. Strichtarn replaced it from 1965, and surviving items are collector pieces today.

Reasonable blob disruption in green terrain; short-lived before the rain pattern replaced it.
