Introduced in 1935, amoeba-pattern camouflage coveralls equipped Soviet scouts, snipers and engineers through WWII. Several colorways existed for season and terrain. Later Soviet leaf and step patterns replaced it through the 1940s and 50s.
In the field
Crude by modern standards but effective at breaking the human outline, especially on scouts and snipers in vegetation.
