History
Rhodesia introduced its brushstroke in 1965 after UDI, printing bold green and brown strokes on sandy cloth suited to the bushveld. It was worn through the Bush War until 1980, when Zimbabwe retired it. Its look influenced later southern African patterns and supports a strong reproduction market.
