AB Night Vision MGA
AB Night Vision's Manual Gain Articulating binocular housing, the RNVG-A pattern with a rotary power/gain knob added. Billet 7075 aluminum, squared-off bridge, pushbutton IR illuminator, onboard CR123 plus external power port. Heavier and boxier than polymer binos like the Katana or ANVB; the anodized metal look and stepped bridge separate it from a PVS-31. Sold here as a housing.
Analog night vision — an image-intensifier tube. No screen and no lag, and it works passively with no IR lamp running. This is the kind you can move and shoot under, and it is why it costs what it costs.
