Argus Night Vision APNVG
Argus's panoramic four-tube goggle: two forward tubes plus two angled outer tubes for roughly 100 degrees of view versus 40 on a standard bino. The 2x2 array of objectives on a flat-front housing is the tell; the civilian answer to the GPNVG-18 at a third of the price.
Analog night vision — an image-intensifier tube. No screen and no lag, and it works passively with no IR lamp running. This is the kind you can move and shoot under, and it is why it costs what it costs.
